1. Order Processing

   • We strive to process and ship most orders on the same or next business day (Monday–Friday).
   • Orders received after normal business hours may ship the following business day.

2. Delivery Estimates

   • Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days.
   • Please note that weekends and holidays may affect delivery times.

3. Shipping Rates

   • Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $150 within the contiguous United States.
   • Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional freight charges, calculated at checkout.

4. International Shipping

   • We currently do not offer international shipping.

5. Liability & Package Security

   • Steel Steeds is not responsible for stolen packages, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
   • Tracking details will be provided via email, and you can also track your order directly on our website or through the Shop app.
